This hotel is located in the heart of Barcelona and the Gothic area. It is just beside the Town Hall and close to the Generalitat Palace, Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Ramblas, near Liceu and Jaume I metro stations, and main harbour.
The rooms are basic but spacious, well decorated and traditional in style. All rooms are decorated with wooden floors and dark wooden furniture. Two quadruple rooms are with split level. The spacious restaurant is located on the ground floor and serves good International and Catalan cuisine.
The hotel has a traditional facade dating from 1868. The exterior has been completely renovated. The lobby is medium in size, recently refurbish with a modern touch and an impressive fresh painting on one of the walls.
Rialto hotel also offers a snack-bar and meeting rooms for conventions and receptions. Extremely well situated for travellers who wish to stay at the Gothic Quarter. |
