This Hotel is situated in the uptown area of Barcelona by the Ronda de Dalt, 20 minutes from the airport and with easy access to Barcelona always depending on traffic or 20/25 minutes by underground. Rapid access to the surrounding cities and the motorway.
All rooms are spacious, comfortable and exteriors with splendid views over Barcelona, hotel's garden or the Collserola Nature Reserve. All rooms are of high standard and with all facilities you would expect of a superior first class hotel. .
The Restaurant and breakfast room is situated on the ground floor and has a large selection of Catalan and international dishes. Very pleasantly decorated with bright colours scheme and lots of natural light. The restaurant ' La Ronda' also offers a private dinning room seating up to 16 people for more intimate occasions.
The building is newly constructed featuring the most outstanding design features. The architect Oscar Tusquets has created a special, light-filled building, almost sculptural, divided into nine terraced storeys, with vast arches linking rooms and huge glazed secluded places.
All common areas has high ceiling, decorated with light colours and warm furnishing, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Next to the lobby you will find a 'Bar Hall' with direct access to the garden terrace.
The difference you will find in Alimara Hotel is the marvellous garden and the general tranquility. This hotel also offers banqueting rooms for meetings, conventions or any celebration. Recommended hotel for its overall quality and services despite not central located. |
